The manufacturer shall establish the warranty period for the vehicle in accordance with the terms of the contract of sale. An effect of the warranty period begins from the moment of transfer the vehicle to the customer, as reflected in the answer book service. The manufacturer offers a full warranty on the car in the identification of defects in the assembly or quality of materials. Defective parts, depending on the nature of damage have to be repaired or replaced.
On the spare parts purchased and installed at the official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, is also applicable for the factory warranty.
Under current law, our company takes full responsibility for the quality of the work performed for the execution of orders on time, as well as for the safety and completeness of cars made in the repair or maintenance. Warranty repair is free malfunctions encountered during a strictly defined period from the date of repair, the customer paid.

    Mandatory conditions of the guarantee are as follows:
  • availability of the service record book with a mark of the date and place of sale of the car, on passage planning SO, stamped by the official dealers;
  • performance of periodic maintenance through established intervals of time or mileage;
  • compliance with the provisions of the warranty of the manufacturer, the norms and rules of operation of the vehicle.
